My wife popped in here for a new vape pen and was assisted by 1 of the 2 ladies in the shop.she was very knowledgeable and helped loads .definitely recommend to any 1 who vape or who wants to give up smoking . They will assist as best they can and leave u to make a decision without being pressured . Not afraid to answer any questions and even assisted when we forgot to remove a plastic film on the pen .

Rubbish customer service,When I visit place to buy vape liquid for myself, I ask for information about CBD vapes. The answers what I received was "do your research and come back to me". I'm in business 15 years and I didn't ever treated my client, customer this way. Unprofessional and it shows laking of knowledge of there's products. I will never visit them again, I don't recommend them as well. There are much more pleasant shops with giving information about there's products.

Doing this on behalf of my wife, she's a return customer for good reason. Friendly knowledgeable staff, no quibble warranty for a product they don't stock anymore (because I believe they realised they're not up to snuff). I myself have been in a couple of times and they've been helpful and reasonably priced. Plus they do a generous rewards system for return customers. It's a cliché but if you've got any vaping needs in Rochester you can't get much better than these guys.

I had a chat with esjay on the phone and he sorted out the liquids I wanted as I was after a nice lemon tart and he recommended 2 liquids and I got a smok pozz pod as well ordered it at 1330 and paid by bank transfer and by 0920 the next day it was on my door step a cracking service I will definitely me returning keep up the good work guys

Amazing variety vape products with alot of the latest new releases. Great there is a testing station where you can try before you purchase, I've wasted so much money in the past on e liquid I do not like, so fab idea...Great customer service and competitive prices. I was make to feel very welcome in the shop, great addition to Strood.

Put through an order which turned up in good time, but the order was wrong.
More juice than I had actually ordered and no NIC shots which I have put through on the order. Tried to email, send a message and leave a post but none of which ever got replied to. Left out of pocket as I had to purchase NIC shots for the juice.
